You run a business. You shouldn't also have to manage a dozen vendors, decipher agency jargon, and wonder if your money is being spent wisely. That's what I'm here for.

Sound familiar?

You didn't start a business
to become a marketing manager

Yet here you are drowning in vendor calls, proposals, and reports you don't have time to read or understand.

Overwhelmed business owner surrounded by screens and reports
01
Too many vendors
SEO agencies, social media managers, ad buyers, web developers, everyone wants a meeting and sends a different report in a different format.
02
No one looking out for you
Every vendor is incentivized to sell you more. There's nobody sitting on your side of the table making sure the money is actually working.
03
Zero time to learn it all
Marketing changes constantly. You're busy running operations, serving customers, and managing your team. You shouldn't need a marketing degree on top of that.
The process

Simple, clear, and completely hands-off for you

You stay focused on running your business. I handle the marketing layer: vendors, reporting, strategy, and all the noise in between.

One clear report + one 30-min meeting each month. That's all you need to stay completely in the loop.
Clarity over confusion

Here's what I do.
And what I don't.

What I do
Everything you need, so you don't have to
  • Evaluate, hire, and manage your marketing vendors
  • Handle every vendor relationship so your inbox stays clear
  • Make sure you always know exactly what you're paying for and why
  • Flag when you're being oversold or underserved
  • Give you one simple monthly report and meeting
What I don't do
I'm not a vendor. I'm your advocate.
  • Run ads or manage ad spend directly
  • Build websites or create designs
  • Write your content or manage social
  • Do SEO keyword research or optimization
  • Take commissions or kickbacks from vendors
Who I am

"After 10 years inside marketing agencies, I kept seeing the same thing: owners so overwhelmed they were paying vendors who weren't delivering. Not because they didn't care, but because they were already at capacity and marketing isn't their expertise. That's not a failure. That's just the reality of running a small business."

I spent a decade working inside marketing agencies, sitting across the table from small business owners. I watched smart, hardworking people get buried under vendor calls, confusing reports, and proposals they didn't have the bandwidth to evaluate. More than once, I saw an owner shrug and keep paying for something that clearly wasn't working. Not because they didn't care, but because finding the time to dig into it felt impossible.

That's what OwnerSide Marketing was built to fix. Every small business owner deserves the same marketing oversight that a large company gets from a VP of Marketing, without the full-time salary. I stepped out of the agency world specifically to be on your side of the table instead.

I'm not here to sell you anything or take a cut from your vendors. I work for you, period. My only incentive is making sure your marketing is actually earning its keep.

What clients say

Real results for real owners

"

Before working with OwnerSide, I had no idea whether our marketing vendors were actually doing their jobs. I was paying the invoices and hoping for the best. Rebecca gave me a clear picture of what we had, cut what wasn't working, and now I get one simple update every month. I finally feel like someone is actually watching out for us.

I've worked alongside a lot of marketing consultants over the years, but Rebecca is different. Most of them show up with an agenda. Rebecca shows up with questions. She took the time to actually understand what we do before making any recommendations, and when she brought us in for a client she had already set clear expectations on both sides. The client was prepared, the goals were defined, and we could just do our job. That doesn't happen often. I'd work with her again without hesitation.

Common questions

Everything you want to know
before booking a call

Every month you get one clear, plain-English report summarizing how all your marketing vendors are performing what's working, what isn't, and what I'm doing about it. You also get one 30-minute meeting where we walk through it together. That's your only time commitment. Everything else, including vendor calls, reports, emails and follow-ups, I handle.
Both. If you already have vendors, I'll audit what you have first, honestly assessing whether they're delivering value. If they are, I manage them going forward. If they're not, I'll tell you clearly and help you find better alternatives. I have no financial relationship with any vendor, so my recommendations are always based on what's best for your business.
Yes, that's exactly what the Marketing Jumpstart is for. I'll assess your business, determine what marketing you actually need (not just what vendors want to sell you), then research, vet, and hire the right vendors for your situation. You won't be flying blind or oversold on services you don't need.
A marketing agency is a vendor. They sell you their specific services and are incentivized to keep you on retainer and upsell you. I'm not a vendor at all. I'm your advocate. I manage agencies on your behalf, hold them accountable, and have no financial reason to recommend one over another. Think of the difference between a travel agent who works for the airline versus one who works for you.
Never. This is one of the most important things that sets OwnerSide apart. I am paid only by you a flat monthly fee. I don't receive referral fees, commissions, or any other compensation from vendors. That's the only way I can genuinely be on your side.
OwnerSide is built for small businesses, typically those with 1 to 50 employees and at least one marketing vendor relationship (or ready to start one). If you're a solo entrepreneur just getting started, the Marketing Jumpstart is a great entry point. If you're a growing business juggling multiple vendors, the monthly management plans are designed for you.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Monthly plans are month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. I'm confident you'll feel the value, but I never want you to feel locked in.
It's a relaxed 30-minute conversation no pitch, no pressure. We'll talk about your business, your current marketing situation, and what's frustrating you. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of whether OwnerSide is a fit, and so will I. If it's not the right match, I'll tell you honestly and point you in a better direction.
